DESCRIPTION: A blend of our favorite Wild Turkey and 10 Year Elijah Craig barrels, aged for 18 months to perfect harmony. Layers of dark chocolate, caramel, and bourbon warmth roll together over a silky, full body. A balanced sweetness meets oak, vanilla, and subtle wood tannin, creating a rich and refined stout that showcases the best of time and barrel.

DESCRIPTION: Roam 2025 is our second iteration of a non-adjunct barrel aged stout. We took two different stout recipes; one aged for 24 months in Oppidan bourbon barrels, and the other for 12 months in Oppidan rum barrels. The result is a rich experience. Aromas of vanilla, oak, brown sugar, chocolate, and caramel. Hefty barrel tones and a smooth body round out the finish. We hope you enjoy all the places we continue to roam with this series.

DESCRIPTION: Our roast forward imperial stout base aged 48 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon, blended with our black stout base aged 24 months in Jim Beam Double Oak. Our goal with this blend was to marry some unique characteristics from extended aging with the structure and intensity of a younger component. The older component had distinctive tropical fruit notes while the younger was decidedly structured and spirit forward.

DESCRIPTION: 2025 Medianoche unifies the deep sweetness of bourbon with the spiced intensity of rye in one harmonious blend. This year's release features the highest share of rye barrels in a non-rye Medianoche to date:”34% of the blend, to be exact. The barrel lineup includes Elijah Craig, Henry McKenna, Old Fitzgerald, Weller 12, Buffalo Trace (bourbon and rye), Willett Family Estate rye, 10-Year Templeton rye, and Stagg Jr. The result is a richly layered stout with notes of candied walnut, caramel mocha, dark chocolate-dipped figs, and honey-drizzled pumpernickel bread, finishing with deep oak, cigar tobacco, and a warm fusion of bourbon and rye character.

DESCRIPTION: A blend of Imperial Stouts - Brewed with Molasses, Fermented with Saccharomyces, and aged in Rye, Bourbon, Maple Syrup & Peach Brandy Barrels. Heavy fruit influence from the Bourbon Barrel primary aging, with backup notes of maple syrup & fruitiness from the peach brandy barrel.
